One of the new items for the Summer Solstice Festival 2007 is apples. They're thrown out by event hosts, and they're like fortune cookies, with sayings on each one. There are 18 different red apple sayings, and one each for the rarer blue, purple, yellow, and green apples. Here they all are:
"You can measure a fool by the number of his words."
"Everything you have holds value. If you cannot see it, others surely can."
"Beef Jerky."
"A person with friends is never unarmed."
"Luck and opportunity can make a hero. Wisdom and courage make legends."
"The light can illuminate the world around you, or leave you blind to it."
"You can hide from love, you can run from it. In time it will always find you."
"Your lucky numbers are... out there somewhere, good luck!"
"Love warms the heart better than any fire."
"You see an object without a description. Ha! Just kidding, it's an apple."
"Here's a tip for all you mad alchemists out there with live brains in jars. Why not add a slice of lemon for tangy freshness?"
"The best armor one can have is friendship, however, the cost of repairing it can be high."
"There are more books in the world than swords."
" "Big club squish small thing." - Unknown Giant Philosopher."
"Do not settle for second best, the person in first has to sleep sometime."
"Wisdom is claimed by many but possessed by few."
"Be honorable in all your actions and, in turn, you will be honored."
"Wherever there is light there is always shadow."
"What happens in Fandry, stays in Fandry."
"An apple a day... Wait! No! Don't eat me!"
"Age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill."
